packaging and delivery procedures have been developed and refined over
20 years. We have to date successfully delivered approaching 500,000
frames. We are committed to delivering your frame on time and in secure,
attractive and re-usable packaging. |
| In the
unlikely event of your frame not being promptly delivered, or arriving
in any way damaged, we will immediately offer either a full refund, or a
replacement frame. This commitment extends to deliveries not only in the
UK, but also on a world-wide basis. |

Please allow 21 days from the date of
your order for delivery. Overseas orders (Airmail) normally arrive
between 3 - 4 weeks. |
